How is this different from a normal shared inbox?+
Shared inboxes (Front, Missive, Help Scout) are built for one team on one or two addresses. EveryInbox is built for the opposite problem: dozens or hundreds of separate domains that each need to send and receive as themselves. The reply-from-the-correct-domain routing is the core of the product.
Which email providers do you support?+
Anything that speaks standard IMAP/SMTP — including hosting.com, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. For Google and Microsoft you'll create an app password (we walk you through it). Presets auto-fill the server and port settings.
Do my changes sync back to the real mailbox?+
Yes. Marking read/unread writes the \Seen flag back to the server. Marking spam or archiving actually moves the message into the mailbox's Junk or Archive folder — and changes you make from your phone or webmail show up here on the next sync. It's fully two-way.
How many domains can I connect?+

Is it secure?+
Mailbox credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Each account is fully isolated in its own tenant. We only ever connect over TLS.
